Hi All,
Ramsey Day is Saturday, September 12, 2009, and this year's theme is "Ramsey's Got Talent". The Ramsey Fine Arts Council will be managing the Prospect Street stage from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are looking for performers interested in donating their time and talent toward making this day a success. These acts may include full rock bands, solo acoustic performers, "clean" comedy, poetry readings, world music, jazz, classical, country, drama, dance, etc.. Please note, due to this year's budget we will be able to provide a professional sound man with PA system, drums, and bass amp, however, bands are expected to volunteer their services for the event.
If you are interested (or know someone who might be), please respond via email to ramseyfac@yahoo.com ASAP. Time slots will be in the neighborhood of 15 to 60 minutes, depending upon the response and type of act performed.
